These terms apply to the mobile application Nepali Dictionary + Phonetics and to www.unoes.net (together, the "Service"), operated by UNOES ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
No Warranty on Dictionary Content
This is the most important part of these terms. Please read it carefully.
The Service is a reference work. Dictionaries are compiled by people, and people make mistakes. Entries may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. A word may have meanings we did not record. A translation may not fit your context.
We provide the Service in good faith and work to correct errors when we find them, but we make no warranty that any entry is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Do not rely on the Service alone where accuracy matters. This includes, but is not limited to, professional interpretation and translation, legal documents, medical information, contracts, and safety instructions. Verify with a qualified professional or an authoritative source before you act.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, or from reliance on any content in it.
This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and special damages, and covers financial loss, business loss, loss of reputation, and loss of data — whether suffered by you or by any third party.
If any liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

The dictionary content, the phonetic transcriptions, and the App itself are the property of UNOES and are protected by copyright.
You may use the Service for personal reference. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.
Automated extraction of the content — by crawler, scraper, or any other means — is prohibited.
Changes to the Service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
