    • 真の希望は明るい光の様だ True hope is like a bright light. साँचो आशा उज्यालो बत्तीजस्तै हो ।
    • 彼女はまるで王女の様だった She looked like (/ as if she were) a princess. उनी रानी जस्तै थिइन् ।
    • 君も彼のようかそうでないか見てみよう I’ll be looking forward to seeing if you’re made of the same stuff he here is. तिमी ऊ जस्तै छौ कि छैनौ, हेरौंला ।

    • 君に恋人がいる様だね You have a girlfriend, don't you? I can tell (/ It's written all over you). तिमीसित कोही गलफ्रेन्ड छ जस्तो छ । ; तिमीसति गलफ्रेन्ड भएको छलक मैले पाएँ ।
    • 仕事の経験はあまりない様だ Not much experience of working. कामको त्यति अनुभव रहेनछ ।
    • 私たち,慌てて行動したってことの様ね It looks like we took an overhasty action. म त भन्छु, हामीले हतारमा कदम चाल्यौं ।
