    • 1〔空が〕become cloudy; बादल लाग्नु ; धुम्मिनु (/ धमिलिनु) ; धमिलो पर्नु ;
      • 今日は曇っている It is cloudy today. आज बादल लागेछ । ; आज बदली भएछ । ; आज आकाश धुम्मिएछ (/ बादलले ढाकिएछ) ।
    • 2〔不鮮明になる〕become dim; धमिलो हुनु (/ पर्नु) ; दृष्टि धमिलिनु ; ओझेलमा पर्नु ;
      • 涙で目が曇った My eyes were dim with tears. आँसूले आँखा धमिलो पाऱ्यो ।
      • 視界が曇った The sight became dim (/ hazy). दृष्टि धमिलियो । दृष्टि धमिलो (/ अस्पष्ट / घुरमैलो) भयो ।
